At Haute by Hand, every order is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email.

Made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days to be handcrafted before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. An e-mail confirmation with a tracking details shall be sent for the same.

We offer free Shipping Pan India.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please note that a fixed shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable for all COD orders.

In case of bulk orders additional shipping charges shall be mentioned (if applicable) at the time of placing the order.

We can only ship to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

At times orders can get delayed for some reasons outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it and hope to ship worldwide soon!
