Return & Exchange Policy

At Haute by Hand, each product is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been delivered.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To report a damaged/defective/incorrect item please email us at support@hautebyhand.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a clear photo of the item so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we shall replace it.

Each case will be addressed individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellation Policy

You may  cancel your placed order within 2 hours of placing it. We will not be able to make any cancellations once the order is processed and dispatched.

Partial cancellations (cancelling individual items from an order) are not permitted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@hautebyhand.com or 9831825090. If your order qualifies for cancellation and was prepaid, we shall initiate a full refund to your original mode of payment within 5-7 working days after processing your request.
