• Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched.
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email.
• Made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days to be handcrafted before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. An e-mail confirmation with a tracking details shall be sent for the same.
• We offer free Shipping Pan India.
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please note that a fixed shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable for all COD orders.
• In case of bulk orders additional shipping charges shall be mentioned (if applicable) at the time of placing the order.
• We can only ship to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• At times orders can get delayed for some reasons outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
• We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it and hope to ship worldwide soon!
